The system is super easy to setup and I love the 12v plug. I didn't have to dig into the wires on my truck, just plug in the system. The power runs through the cable so finding power for the rear trailer camera is not needed like my old system. I didn't have to root out my trailer wiring to power the system. This setup doesn't use AVI cables which I never cared for. It comes with 4 pin connectors that fit snug together with a lock ring on them. Won't rattle loose or gather dirt . The monitor has a very sharp and crisp picture with many adjustments and settings. I have a 2 camera system with one on the rear bumper on my truck which I made removable and one on the rear bumper of my 19ft travel trailer which is the license bracket camera and is permanent. I only use the truck camera when backing up to the hitch, remove camera, unscrew the camera lead, screw into trailer lead and I have my rear view camera behind the trailer. It's a great view out the back and I can see traffic behind my trailer clearly. It also is super for backing the trailer into a spot.
