Review: ⭐ THEY STILL TASTE GREAT πŸ‘ !!! ⭐ - I have eaten Loma Linda Linketts for more than 30 years but it had been more than a year since I last purchased them and I was a bit hesitant to buy them again because of all the reviews saying that the taste and texture had changed. But I bought them anyway and I'm glad I did. They still taste great! I really could not tell that they were much different in taste or texture. Loma Linda Linketts have always had a very mild delicious flavor and they've always had a smooth "rubbery" hot dog texture. They taste good right out of the can or you can grill them or fry them in a little bit of oil which is the way I like them best. I also like to slice up four or five of them and add them to a 28-oz can of Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans to create a very tasty version of "franks and beans." I heat and stir 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1 tbsp of molasses, and 1 tsp of liquid smoke together to make a delicious sauce that I add to my "franks and beans." It makes them taste fantastic and I have received a lot of compliments from family and friends who absolutely love them! Some of the reviews here incorrectly claim that there are only 6 Linketts in these "new" smaller cans. Although these "new" 15-oz cans of Loma Linda Linketts are a bit smaller than they used to be there are still 8 full size Linketts in them as the label clearly states... there's just not as much liquid in the cans now. I highly recommend these "new" Loma Linda Linketts. They still taste great! πŸ‘ Review: Tastes has changed to awful! - As a lifelong Fri-chick and Linkett fan, these were my go to grab for various meals. The cases I’ve bought recently have had terrible flavor. The last can I opened had gray slime on the top. This is unacceptable! I put the review as a five star in honor of the product I have loved since birth and to warn others. I wish someone had warned me! ## Features - Vegan - Meatless Hot Dogs - Vegetarian - Shelf-Stable - EASY PREPARATION: Heat, serve, and enjoy! Pair Linketts with your favorite plant-based recipe! They’re also great for use in chili, mac-n-cheese, or as your next flavorful plant-based hotdog! Shelf-stable and easy to prepare, Loma Linda Linketts: healthy and delicious! ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0118YGM2G | | Brand | Loma Linda | | Brand Name | Loma Linda | | Color | Linketts (15 oz.) | | Cuisine | Western | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 272 Reviews | | Diet Type | Vegetarian | | Diet type | Vegetarian | | Flavor | Linketts 15 oz. | | Flavour | Linketts 15 oz. | | Global Trade Identification Number | 10845561000451 | | Item Form | pack | | Item Weight | 15 Ounces | | Item form | pack | | Item weight | 15 Ounces | | Manufacturer | Atlantic Natural Foods, LLC | | Number of Items | 12 | | Number of Pieces | 12 | | Package Size Name | 12 Pack | | Part Number | ASINPRILAK71594 | | Set Name | 12 Pack | | Size | 1.25 Pound (Pack of 12) | | Specialty | Plant-based,Vegan,Vegetarian | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Loma Linda - **Diet type:** Vegetarian - **Flavour:** Linketts 15 oz. - **Item weight:** 15 Ounces - **Number of Items:** 12 ## Images ![Linketts - Vegan Hot Dogs - 15 oz Cans (12 Pack) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61zLjNjP2cL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ THEY STILL TASTE GREAT πŸ‘ !!! ⭐ *by C***S on 4 March 2023* I have eaten Loma Linda Linketts for more than 30 years but it had been more than a year since I last purchased them and I was a bit hesitant to buy them again because of all the reviews saying that the taste and texture had changed. Yet they are pretty much priced the same. The product is still delicious and I really appreciate the shelf life, but I long for the days of affordable food. ## Frequently Bought Together - Vegan Plant-Based Hot Dogs - Loma Linda Linketts Meatless Sausages, High Protein Meat Alternative, Vegetarian & Non-GMO Frankfurters, 15 oz Cans (12 Pack) - Vegan Seafood Plant-Based Alternative - Loma Linda Vegetable Skallops Meatless Fish Substitute, High Protein Meat Alternative, Non-GMO Vegetarian Scallops, Ready to Serve, 15 oz Cans (12 Pack - Vegetarian Chicken Plant Based Alternative - Loma Linda Frichik Original Meatless Protein, High Protein Meat Substitute, Chicken Replacement, Non-GMO, Versatile Cooking Ingredient, 12.5 oz Cans (Pack of 12) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/742948778-linketts-vegan-hot-dogs-15-oz-cans-12-pack](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/742948778-linketts-vegan-hot-dogs-15-oz-cans-12-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
