Review: It looks original and working - I had QNED 2023 and remote got broken. Tried replacement in LG outlets but no use, they told every tv model is specific and i need to contact LG customer care. When contacted them no response and they are useless. Then tried local shops and bought one, in which the cursor wasn't working but all other buttons worked. Then tried some other remotes also but none worked. After seeing the reviews here, ordered this. To my surprise it was working, it is sturd and looks very original.. All functions working properly with curse control. Sharing this exp so that it might helpsome
