Review: Works, but hot with enough amperage - I hooked this up at 12V, 1.2A, and the magnetic field pulsed, most likely because it was overdrawing the power supply. I swapped power supplies to 12V 3A, and that solved my pulsing problem. The field strength isn't bad. It does however get QUITE hot after only a couple minutes.
