**Q: Does this antenna mount need to be grounded?**
A: If the antenna is mounted outdoors, yes, though there is no specific grounding for the antenna mount.  There is a likelihood that lightning may be attracted.  Ubiquiti has a surge suppressor that should be inserted in the line to provide the protection, when installed per the manufacturer's recommendations.

**Q: Will this swivel fairly easily? I am looking for something that will allow me to attach an antenna that can be raised and lowered regularly.**
A: It's not intended to do so as the recommended mounting is with clamps.  However, you might be able to make it semi-able to do so.  If you're wanting to do so regularly I think you may have to make some more major changes to the mount and/or the clamps and/or pick a location close to say a window verses having to use a ladder or something mobile to access it.

**Q: Can this be adapted to mount Starlink Gen2 dish to eaves?**
A: Should work

**Q: Which is the size of the plate that goes on the wall?**
A: Approximately 4" wide by 10" high.
