Sodium level is through the roof. I honestly have no idea why there's 50% of the daily recommended intake of salt in one little cup of noodles. It's just unnecessary. So I just don't drink the broth. I pour it down the drain after eating the noodles, which tbh are fairly tasty. But that much salt will kill you. I also know that Nissin makes a version of this in Japan with much less sodium. Why they don't offer the product on desertcart is beyond me. I like that they come in a paper cup rather than a plastic container. They normally come in their original packaging where they are sealed together. My most recent purchase however wasn't in it's original packaging. They were taken out of the packaging and put onto a third party box.
