Review: 12 silverado 5.3 ext cab - After a 2 months of driving alls good. gas gauge works and truck runs fine. No it’s issues installing really but the 2 spring rods connecting top and bottom pieces of pump can out of the top part and it took a bit to get it reassembled the rods has ridges that just friction holds it in place with the springs pushing up its not hard to come apart be careful when tucking it into the tank. Definitely get a new retaining lock ring you’ll need it.
Review: Make sure you adjust the fuel level arm - Fit in my 2010 Canyon and has lasted a year or so now. Only unexpected install challenge is that the fuel level sensor arm needed to be bent to get correct fuel gauge readings (maybe there is some way to calibrate the computer, but I don't have access to those tools). This assembly is not 1:1 with the factory parts, so you can't just swap the old sensor/arm onto the new one. Was easy enough to fix, but definitely recommend checking on that before you put the bed back on the truck.

Didn’t even last a year and now only produces 20lbs of fuel pressure at best. Absolute junk. Do yourself a favor and buy a name brand pump or you will be pulling your tank again. Not worth it
