Most products that say honey have little or no actual honey in them. Better safe than sorry though. **Q: Perhaps the manufacturer/distributor could reply, as there seems to be a discrepancy in the reviews: Is this product appropriate for aquarium snails?** A: Yes. I have been breaking this down into small pieces and putting it into a tank for several weeks now. My 3 gallon tank holds a beta fish and a mystery snail. **Q: How do your attach the clip securely to the cage so the cuttle bone doesn't slip around or fail off?** A: Not sure about the clip, but this holder works good.
