I like that it uses grass fed whey and includes added fiber and prebiotics, so it feels a little more balanced than your typical protein shake. My favorite way to use it is in my iced coffee. It blends in really well and gives the coffee a creamy texture with just a hint of cinnamon flavor that makes it feel like a treat instead of something “healthy.” It’s been a really easy way for me to get in extra protein without changing my routine too much. I also love adding it to berry smoothies with greek yogurt... it gives the whole thing a subtle cheesecake-like flavor that’s honestly so good. It makes the smoothie feel more filling and a lot more satisfying. Overall, it mixes well, tastes great, and doesn’t have that overly artificial aftertaste that some protein powders do. If you’re looking for something versatile that you can use beyond just a basic shake, this one is definitely worth trying. Review: 25 Grams, Amazing Flavor - This protein powder is amazing! With 25 grams of protein per serving, you’re getting a huge amount of protein in one easy shake, which makes it perfect for hitting your daily protein goals. The flavor is honestly one of the best I’ve tried—it tastes great without that typical protein powder taste. ## Features - Protein and Fiber, Finally Together: Most protein powders digest too fast to be fully used. Gluten free, soy free, keto friendly, and it mixes smooth with no chalky aftertaste. - Built to Help You Keep Muscle as You Age: Lean muscle starts declining in your 30s, and quality protein is one of the few things that slows it. 25g of complete grass-fed whey, with fiber and probiotics to support how well your body absorbs it. - Clean and Transparent Ingredients - TrueFit is gluten free and soy free. Most people use it as post workout shake, breakfast on the commute, a desk lunch between meetings, or dinner on a night they got home late. **Q: Is this a post workout protein or a meal replacement?** A: Both, and it does not change form. After training, 25g of grass-fed whey supports muscle recovery. On a rushed morning, the superfoods, fruits and vegetables make it a meal. Same scoop either way. **Q: Will it help me keep muscle while I am eating less?** A: That is what it is built for. 25g of protein in 160 calories is a strong ratio, which matters most when you are eating less overall. Adequate protein is what helps you hold lean muscle rather than lose it alongside the weight. **Q: Can I take TrueFit with creatine or a pre workout?** A: Yes. TrueFit is the meal, TrueFit Creatine handles strength, and AminoLean covers energy before you train. They are built to work together with no overlapping ingredients. **Q: I am over 40. Is TrueFit right for me?** A: It is one of the better fits. Keeping lean muscle matters more every decade, and 25g of complete grass-fed whey is the straightforward way to support it. Digestion also gets fussier with age, which is where the fiber and probiotics earn their place. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My new favorite protein powder *by C***. on April 19, 2026* I’ve tried quite a few protein powders over the years, and this one has quickly become a staple for me. With 25 grams of protein per serving, you’re getting a huge amount of protein in one easy shake, which makes it perfect for hitting your daily protein goals. The flavor is honestly one of the best I’ve tried—it tastes great without that typical protein powder taste. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I hate protein powder. I love this. *by K***M on June 4, 2026* There’s a reason why I subscribed to this purchase. The quality of this protein powder is the best I have found. The fact that it is high fiber, grass fed whey, packed with all kinds of goodness, including probiotics makes it the choice for me every time. On top of that, it taste amazing. Let me know. I hate protein powder. I’ve been on a GLP one journey for almost 2 years. I’ve tried dozens of protein powders, and I have hated them all. But this one is different. It tastes amazing. I don’t have to hide it in other things although I do all the time. I can just drink it as a protein shake. It also comes in chocolate, but I’ll be honest. I have not tried the chocolate. I found something I like and I’m sticking with it. Encourage you to look at the ingredients thoroughly and check them against other ingredients. Note that this is not sweetened with artificial sweeteners and it doesn’t have all the other crap in it. The other other ones do. ## Frequently Bought Together - TrueFit Gut Healthy Protein Powder, Grass-Fed Whey Meal Replacement Shake with Prebiotics, Probiotics, & Organic Superfoods, Keto, Gluten Free 1.85 lbs - RSP NUTRITION AminoLean Pre Workout Powder, Amino Energy & Weight Management with Vegan BCAA Amino Acids, Natural Caffeine, Preworkout Boost for Men & Women, 30 Serv, Pink Lemonade… --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/74060927-truefit-grass-fed-whey-protein-powder-with-fiber-for-meal](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/74060927-truefit-grass-fed-whey-protein-powder-with-fiber-for-meal) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
