I got this because I have a bad anxiety tick or whatever you wanna call it ,where I curl my toes really bad while I’m doing stuff like if I’m concentrating on something, my toes are constantly curling, and it has absolutely destroyed the top of my toes. I can’t even wear open toed shoes without socks. Anyways, I was hoping this would help me. I have tried toe covers. I’ve tried toe separators. I’ve tried everything. This is the only thing that is comfortable enough for me to wear all the time and it stops me from curling them. I am very impressed and happy with them and I’m hoping that this will just make me break the habit where I don’t even have to have them eventually. It’s pretty comfortable, doesn’t slide right off like the covers, I have a small foot and it fits but it also has an adjustable strap thing for the toe that stretches and works well.
