Makes absolutely awesome toast. The interface is easy, and it really looks great. Have to update. After a few weeks all it does now is burn. No matter what setting or what type of bread it burns. Sent the company a support request but still haven't heard anything. Will update if anything changes. Received a response from the company support. They said they are aware of this problem and to unplug and reboot. That did help. Will see if it goes back to burning after some time. Problem still occurs. Below are toast and bagel on setting 3. Which is near the lowest. Going to send it back. At first I thought it was really a great idea but for the money not worth it and going to get rid of it and get something that works.
