I was contemplating whether or not to buy them because a lot of people claim that their bars taste great and are high in protein but they end up being chalky or have a weird texture. I bought Red Velvet because I figured it is already supposed to be soft so I shouldn’t be weirded out by the texture. After 1 bite I knew I was going to enjoy the rest of the bar.
