Was not complicated to hook up at all. We didn’t have enough space under our sink so we just used the cabinet next to it and ran the lines through a hole. We had zero issues with the install it was fairly easy with two people. I bought a water tester and the water tested successfully at 0 PPM after I ran it for half an hour as the instructions said. I checked the tap water too just to make sure my device was working and it tested at 36 PPM. The pump is extremely quiet in my opinion, with kids in the house I don’t even notice it unless I open the cabinet door intently. The side faucet it comes with it nice looking and slender. Overall I’m very happy so far with it and I’ll have to continue to test the PPM as the filters age, the little device is only $10 its probably worth getting for maintenance purposes. Review: If you are thinking of buying one I would! It seems to work very well and the few issues I had were taken care of by the best customer service I have had in years.
