**Q: Pump will not open. Is there a way to get another pump without having to return the item?**

**Q: Which conditioner goes with this? They show 2**
A: I use my Humectres Conditioner. This is not a daily shampoo, so however moisturized you want your hair, is how you choose your conditioner. I have the Humectres Moisturizing set, and use this build-up remover twice a month, every other week. I do however grab a good coconut or aragon deep conditioner and let it sit up to 30 minutes after using this one. Super cleaned, super moisturized. We have curly hair though, so extra conditioning is necessary.

**Q: What is the PH Level?**
A: The pH balance of our Nexxus products is usually between 4.0 - 6.0. Formulations are subject to change and in these cases the pH balance may change as well. We recommend checking labels prior to purchase.

I love this shampoo however, my recent purchase the bottle came with a broken pump because it was not packaged correctly. Really should be sealed and then the pump separate when in transit. Overall this works well to clarify the scalp and lathers nicely.
