Compared to what? Much better than any Norelco, but not as good as a $100 Panasonic or a Gillette Fusion. If you have a light beard or don't need a really close shave, this does the job. It is durable and well made, whereas Panasonic shavers don't last and Gillette is too expensive over time and can really irritate sensitive skin. It's a decent compromise. **Q: Will this razor cause cuts if used on "sensitive" areas? Like is there a skin safe technology?** A: This razor should never cause cuts. Sensitive areas many times have looser skin, so just make sure to stretch the skin taut while shaving. **Q: Had this 5 weeks and it quit working. All questions about warranty instructions refer back to the insert. We no longer have the insert. Help???** A: I’m just a consumer like you…..and we don’t have the box, the insert, or anything. I gave it to my husband for Christmas. He’s had no issues with his. I suggest trying to find a phone number/contact number for customer service from Braun.
