**Q: What is the typical expiration for this product?  Only interested in using it as a creamer for coffee during travel (about 5 times per year).**
A: Yes, you can use as creamer. It's best to put the coconut milk in the cup first then add a little coffee (or hot water) to dissolve the coconut milk then add your coffee, otherwise the coconut milk will clump up.

**Q: Can you use as coffee creamer?**
A: I don't think so. It is in the configuration of flour. There are other coconut products that are more like a creamer. But like everything, you can try it. It would only cost a cup of coffee if you didn't like it.

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: Organic Coconut milk powder,organic tapioca maltodextron ,organic Acacia gum

I've bought this multiple times, it has the right taste, texture, thickness and creaminess, especially if you toss it in the blender to mix up a batch. Not much different than the boxed kind. It can be tricky to mix, the key is use warm or room temp water and if possible use an immersion blender or something similar. The price is far more affordable than buying out of the refrigeration and Anthony's stuff has always been good quality from what I've treid.
