Review: Very good products from this company - I take K2 alongside D3 as part of my daily supplements for maintaining a strong immune system and for arterial health. I was doing this well ahead of the Covid pandemic, but it's been a smart habit to continue. There is plenty of solid information and study available to back that up if you look for it. I'm a fan of NOW products since discovering them here on desertcart, due to what appears to be quality supplements at a good price point. Only the poorly designed lids is a negative for me, but I have been swapping flip top lids from other jars for so long it doesn't matter.

**Q: how is it made? from what is it derived?**
A: It contains alfalfa powder, ascorbyl palmitate, rice flour & silicon dioxide in a cellulose capsule.

**Q: Why does the description not just come right out and say it's mk4 if that's what it is???  why do we have to scour all the test trying to find it?**
A: The product I purchased. shows mk-4 right on the product label.

**Q: What are the Ingredients?**
A: We can't tell what Susan was referring to that was "not mk-7," but Elaine's label told the story.
MK-7 is short-hand for menaquinone-7, a form of vitamin K-2. Every container has a prominent display of "Supplement Facts" listing the major, active ingredients. Below that will be listed "Other ingredients." 

Read your labels.

**Q: Why vitmin k2 manufacture from herb ?**
A: Have not received this K2 yet.
