Unfortunately, I’m also a chronic pimple popper and skin picker, and as I’ve gotten older, my skin has stopped pretending those decisions never happened. These patches have been a game changer.I put one on after my shower before bed, and by morning the pimple is usually gone, or at least significantly improved. The trick is to use them on pimples that have already come to a head. They don’t really do much for deep, blind pimples, but for surface ones they’re incredibly effective.What impressed me most is how invisible they are. They stick extremely well and blend into my skin so naturally that I’ve accidentally worn one to work because I genuinely couldn’t find it in the mirror. If your coworkers notice, they’re much more observant than mine. I also like that they stay put all night without peeling off onto the pillow.
