A: I didn't notice anything about cancer, but the sour cream & onion are quite salty the regular are perfect

A: I purchased the Sour Cream and Onion flavored potato sticks and the Sodium count is 260 mg or 11% and the carb count is 16 grams or 6%. This may or may not be the same flavor you are inquiring about. But it may give you a sort of guide line to go by.
