This was my first purchase of the Soup Variety pack and the broth variety pack. The broth made it partially thawed and I believe it is still good, however; the soups were not even cold. For the price point and the VERY long shipping time, I am extremely disappointed. As far as quality goes, I can't comment on the soups because I had to dispose of them because they were spoiled. But the broth is excellent! I have the standard grocery store broth and Jarrows powder broth to compare Osso to. Osso is by far in the top for quality. Hope this helps others. Just be wary of the lead times and the condition it arrives in. It said to keep them refrigerated, so I feared they were spoiled. I was going out of town and I really needed them, so I took a chance and ate them during the week.
