## Description

The ROG Harpe II Ace is an ultralight 48-gram semi-symmetrical gaming mouse with a shape developed with the help of esports professionals. It packs a raft of pro-approved technology, including the 42,000-dpi ROG AimPoint Pro optical sensor, ROG Optical Micro Switches and 8,000Hz polling wireless performance with SpeedNova 8K wireless technology.

Review: Perfection. Just buy it and it will become an extension of you. - Perfection, Amazing weight and nearly perfect shape for any grip style. It's an Ambi shape wide-ish at the middle. Nice medium large size. No super small mice to try to trick you with weight, nice medium for normal hands. No issues, double clicking etc. Extremely low Latency, I play with this mouse on a 480hz Oled Monitor and the mouse can absolutely keep up. Web Based driver, so no need for annoying software download. Pressing side buttons and DPI bottom at the same time turns the mouse into "Zone" mode aka 8,000hz. I find this feature extremely useful in slower games or creative apps I can take it out of Zone mode and into regular mode aka 1,000hz to save battery. I love that I can freely and reliably switch between modes with leaving my game, having to open software, or even open the very nice Web based software. Easiest and safest recommend for literally any one. Just get it and you wont regret it.
Review: Viper Killer - This mouse is a really good product, Asus improved the mouse by getting rid of the rubber sides (if you're an enthusiast the rubber sides is detrimental to longevity, looks). Changing plastic structure from ABS to Nylon, which does help with Tensile strength while also lowering the weight compared to regular ABS, my unit didn't have creaking or weird noise like my other plastic abs mice do. Clicks are good! Somewhat hollow, but not as loud as viper v3 pro or the terrible (imo) superlight 2. RGB is subtle and is only located on the mouse wheel, but it's punchy and I actually enjoy it. Many mice manufactures have the rgb on the body of the mouse where your hand is resting, which to me, makes no sense, considering you won't see that if you're using the mouse. However, with the Harpe 2 has it in the perfect spot. I am worried about the longevity of the mouse wheel, not the performance of the wheel, but i'm curious if the mouse wheel will degrade since it uses a clearer color so the RGB can shine through it better, will the wheel yellow over long periods of time? Time will tell. The sensor is good, pretty sure is equivalent to the paw 3950. Asus ROG in-house sensor which is also capable upto 8k polling rate. Web-base software for controlling dpi, rgb polling rate, as well as driver support. Lightweight and comfortable for my relaxed claw grip style It has bigger PTFE skates, like viper v3 pro. The only thing i really dislike is the 2.4ghz dongle holder on the bottom of the mouse, I wish it was just a flat base shell, i suppose it could be worse, but it could also be better, but i'll give credit where credit is due. They're thinking of their audience that may travel a lot.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely light and capable — Perfect except for BT Connection Issues

It’s perfect except for the BT cuts out intermittently on Windows 11; I’ve tried using it on my Windows laptop at work and it cuts out for maybe 15 seconds at a time before reconnecting (sometimes I even just re-pair it). I haven’t tested the BT on MacOS. I don’t have this BT problem with my Logitech MX Anywhere 3, a much cheaper mouse. There might be a fix out there but I haven’t been able to find it. The USB dongle connection works flawlessly and I appreciate that the mouse settings can be easily adjusted on the web (no app download required!). Also, the dongle stores very easily inside the mouse—it has one of the best USB dongle storage solutions I’ve seen in a wireless mouse. I originally purchased the Razed Viper V4 Pro but I returned that and purchased this mouse because the dongle stores much easier and you have the BT connection option (although the BT connection seems to be buggy). It’s an extremely light and capable gaming mouse overall!
