I started taking zinc lozenges a few years ago when I feel a cold coming on or I know I have been around someone who is sick, and they definitely help reduce the symptoms if taken early. Tried this product a couple of times and I think they are much better tasting (kind of tart, berry flavor) than most out there and just as effective, so they are my go to now.
