While this company does offer more mountain bike oriented seats, I was looking specifically for width because I have a big 'ol arse. This seat is amazingly comfortable. The does take a bit of getting used to, as it absorbs so much shock that the amount of travel feels odd when riding trails, however this also allows the seat to flex a bit while pedaling, which while you may suffer some minor pedaling power loss, translates into even greater comfort. Also it was super easy toadjust the mounting angle, and as such despite it being so comfortable it actually makes it easier to remain standing when pedaling more difficult stretches. No more getting racked or havin a sore rear end. I have only used it a few times so far, will update regarding durability....but so far great job Xwerx.
