My husband and I started using this as my husband and I are pro cycling enthusiasts and were curious as Alpecin sponsors a pro cycling team. Since we have been using this shampoo we have noticed our hair is growing and very thick, mine also has amazing body. The after shampoo liquid leaves our scalps tingling and refreshed. We really love these products ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing *by on Reviewed in the United States October 13, 2026* It is amazing ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Scalp Tonic for Thicker, Fuller Hair *by on Reviewed in the United States October 13, 2024* I’ve been using the Alpecin After Shampoo Caffeine Liquid Hair Recharger for a few months, and it’s made a noticeable difference in the thickness and overall health of my hair. The scalp tonic is easy to apply after shampooing, and I appreciate that it doesn't leave any greasy residue. It absorbs quickly and has a refreshing, cooling effect on the scalp. While I haven't seen dramatic hair growth, I’ve definitely noticed less hair shedding and improved hair strength. It also has a subtle, pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering. If you're looking for a boost in scalp and hair health, this product is worth trying. The 3-pack is a good value for the price, and I’m happy with the results so far. Four stars for a great product that works well but requires consistent use for best results. ## Frequently Bought Together - Alpecin C1 Caffeine Shampoo 8.45 fl oz + Alpecin After Shampoo Liquid 6.76 fl oz I Hair Performance Enhancer Promotes Natural Hair Growth and Thickness I Energizes Scalp - Alpecin Gray Attack Caffeine & Color Shampoo for Men 6.76 Fl Oz | Gradually Darker and Stronger Hair | Natural Looking Color Effect for Less Grays | Leaves Hair Feeling Stronger - Alpecin C1 Caffeine Shampoo 12.68 fl oz I Hair Performance Enhancer I Promotes Natural Hair Growth and Thickness I Energizes Scalp --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/72965448-alpecin-c1-caffeine-hair-care-set-shampoo-and-liquid](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/72965448-alpecin-c1-caffeine-hair-care-set-shampoo-and-liquid) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
