Review: Worth it - I took forever to actually buy this as I thought it wouldn't be worth the money. I get tension headaches and migraines and this has really helped so far. When you get it set up just right it's amazing and finds all the tension! Get it in the wrong place and you do know about it just like any other massage but it's easy to apply as much or as little pressure as needed. Over all it is quite bulky and didn't come with any instructions so ease of use could be better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very relaxing massager! *by S***N on 25 December 2025* Bought for daughter in law, who has bad neck and shoulder tighteness that's stress related, she was very pleased.. says its as good as a real massage, different heat and strength modes makes it very versatile a great buy well recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Provides relief after a 15min session *by N***R on 26 January 2026* I bought this as I suffer migraines and regularly neck and shoulder tension. Always skeptical and take note of the negative reviews but Im pleased with this purchase so far after a few uses. The postives: 3 speed settings, The steady heating feature (others have reported they barely feel it, but its definitely noticable), Shuts off after 15min, You can manually apply deeper pressure by pulling on the arm rests, The massager is effective as my neck felt less tight after a 15min session and my neck wasnt as sore afterwards, Its reasonably priced. The negatives: The power socket connector comes loose from the wire connector to the massager. That's why I only gave 4 stats. It maybe a safety feature but it is rather an annoyance when it comes loose several times in a session. ( I may just use some electrical take to secure the 2 parts) But on a whole I would recommend on first inital impressions. ## Frequently Bought Together - Medcursor Neck Massager with Heat, Deep Tissue Shiatsu Massager, 3D Kneading Shoulder and Back Massage Pillow for Pain Relief, Suitable for Home, Office (Black) - Medcursor Foot Massager Machine with Heat Function, Deep Kneading Massager, Multi-Level Settings & Adjustable Intensity for Home or Office Use (Black) - Medcursor Foot Massager Machine with Heat, Deep Kneading Massager, Delivers Relief for Tired Muscles and Plantar, Multi-Level Settings & Adjustable Intensity for Home or Office Use --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/729003811-medcursor-neck-massager-with-heat-deep-tissue-shiatsu-massager-3d](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/729003811-medcursor-neck-massager-with-heat-deep-tissue-shiatsu-massager-3d) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
