今まで、味噌漉しとスプーンを使って味噌を溶いていましたが、これ1つで溶くことができるし、なんと言っても的確に味が決まるので、朝の忙しい時間にとても助かってます。形がかわいいし、燕三条の製品というところも安心感があります。 難を言えば、溶かした時に具材がからむところと形状的に洗いにくいところですね。 まぁ、味噌漉しとしてしか使ってないのでそんなに神経質に洗わなくてもいいんですけどね。
