The full thing needs disassembled to put you photo in and then you need to reassemble each side. Such a hassle for what it is. The frames DONT hang on the wall, ignore the reviews that show them hanging nicely. As you go to hang them, the top of the frame comes off with the weight. Such a waste of money!!!!
