Something in that process, I believe, makes the erythritol come out, and then it has a distinct "coolness" factor when melting on the tongue that is sort of strange. But when used in standard ways as a brown sugar replacement, it does a pretty great job, and I don't have to worry so much about blood sugar spikes for my husband, who is diabetic. (Yet oddly, I use this stuff more than he does!)

**Q: Seller, why do you only sell brown in 2 pk, but the others in singe? I don't want two.**
A: Target sells it for pretty much the same price. try ordering on package from there.

**Q: I just got my shipment and the package was sealed with only one package instead of 2. Why didn't I get 2 as described?**
A: If the total weight was correct they may have changed the packaging. If not, you are due a refund or exchange.

A: I first thought I ordered granulated, Brown, and powdered but I didn’t get the brown sugar in that order. I do  like the brown sugar
