Review: Great looking but can’t trust the quality without seeing it in person - Loved the look but I’m not sure if I got a piece built on a Friday but it was not good, I would love to try again and hope I got a bad unit but given there’s no local stores to test before buying I don’t want to go through the hassle of having to return another unit. First the handle kept getting stuck going down, irritating but not a deal breaker, but worse was the wheels and was the deal breaker. It kept pulling to the side or trying to turn when trying to walk in a straight direction, making a bit challenging to maneuver. Worse though is the wheels were jerky and wobbly causing the entire suitcase to shake, and this was the ultimate deal breaker.

It rolls like a dream on various surfaces. Fits very nicely in overhead bins. I very much appreciate the construction design that would easily allow a user to replace a wheel with only a screw driver if ever needed. Most case wheels are riveted in place which makes replacement almost impossible.

Loved the look but I’m not sure if I got a piece built on a Friday but it was not good, I would love to try again and hope I got a bad unit but given there’s no local stores to test before buying I don’t want to go through the hassle of having to return another unit. First the handle kept getting stuck going down, irritating but not a deal breaker, but worse was the wheels and was the deal breaker. It kept pulling to the side or trying to turn when trying to walk in a straight direction, making a bit challenging to maneuver. Worse though is the wheels were jerky and wobbly causing the entire suitcase to shake, and this was the ultimate deal breaker.
