## Description

Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce is everything. It’s teriyaki-ish. Umami-full. Rich, bold and so authentic, it should be notarized. It’s a deeply savory-sweet recipe of soy, mirin, ginger, garlic and green onion. It’s the one that started it all. The legend. The O.G. Our crave-worthy BBQ sauce flavor always comes from simple, clean ingredients. Let's eat! Itadakimasu!.

Review: Great sauces, not a lot of variation in flavors - I love the original flavor, it has quickly become a regular item on my shopping list. When i sampled all of these flavors side by side I was able to detect the subtle differences between them, however in actual use on food I found them all interchangeable with little perceptible difference. The good news is that means I thought they were all enjoyable, however I will stick to just purchasing the original flavor for simplicity from now on.
Review: Delicious. - Cool selection but there are only 2 I favor.

## Features

- 🐙 THE ORIGINAL JAPANESE BARBECUE SAUCE FLAVOR: It’s teriyaki-ish. Umami-full. Rich, bold and so authentic, it should be notarized. It’s a deeply savory-sweet recipe of soy, mirin, ginger, garlic and green onion.
- 🔥 HOT & SPICY FLAVOR: Our Hot & Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce has attitude. We gave our family recipe a kick of sweet heat with red jalapeno, and our crave-worthy flavor always comes from simple, clean ingredients.
- 🍋 YUZU CITRUS FLAVOR: Savory-sweet soy, meet citrus tang. Our Yuzu Citrus sauce features Yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit that tastes like if a grapefruit, a lemon and an orange had a baby. It’s bright, tart and incredibly refreshing.
- 🍜 MISO FLAVOR: Please meet our bold and savory-sweet Miso Japanese Barbecue Sauce. For this sauce, we use both white and red miso because the combination is so insanely savory, it’s not even fair.
- 🍯 SWEET HONEY FLAVOR: Our Sweet Honey Japanese Barbecue Sauce is made with organic honey but that doesn’t mean it's all sweet and innocent. No. It's got edge. The golden honey makes the umami flavor of our Japanese Barbecue Sauce hit harder.
