This mix gets rid of my sweet tooth. It has a nice taste. I like the saltiness bc I like salted Carmel. If you’re not a fan of salted Carmel or chocolate, you might not like it. I like cold drinks, so I get a small cup of hot water to dissolve the mix and then add it to my ice water. If you don’t do that, it won’t mix well in cold drinks. Drinking this the first few days took away my keto flu symptoms. I’ve also tried the citrus , watermelon, and raspberry, but this chocolate Carmel one is my favorite. It is very sweet, which takes some getting used to, but oh well.
