When my bladder is full, sometimes it’ll just empty and it makes me feel horrible because most of the diapers I’ve tried will leak - even a little when it comes to that much liquid all at once. I feel so much more confident wearing these, it’s given me a sense of freedom that I didn’t have before. I don’t have to obsessively look for bathrooms, I don’t have to obsess over the anxious thoughts of “what am I going to do?” if I peed my pants, or couldn’t find a bathroom in time. If you see the inside liner, that keeps liquid on the padded area so it can be absorbed. I haven’t leaked yet wearing these. These make me feel confident when I’m driving and there’s no rest stops. Instead of getting nervous and wondering if I can hold it to the next rest stop, I’m confident that even if I can’t hold it, these will be able to. They don’t have a smell to them and the urine smell generally isn’t an issue if changed soon after voiding. I’m going to be getting a size down next order, as these were a bit too large on me, and the back - even when dry sags a bit.
