Review: Best camera investment I've made. - These cameras work better than expected. The image quality is very good and they can take still photos and can record video. They are exceptionally easy to set up, with a QR code that you can scan, download the app and you're all set. I was so impressed with the two cameras that I bought, that I decided to buy two more. These will be to monitor the situation in my RV with the pets while I am away from the campsite. With these cameras, you can also add an SD card for local storage, or pay a subscription for cloud storage. Excellent price and exceptional quality. I can't say much more, other than I hope that they will continue to exist for future purchase and that the price remains.
Review: Great cameras with affordable monthly plan - Great cameras. East installation and set up. Very clear picture. And very affordable monthly plan. Love them

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this house camera support 5Ghz Wi Fi connectivity?**
A: Yes, the home camera supports dual-band Wi-Fi 2.4G & 5G 1. If your 2.4G & 5G Wi-Fi have the same name (SSID) and password, it will auto connect to the stronger signal 2. If the Wi-Fi names or passwords are different, you may need to switch manually

**Q: Are the home security cameras truly wireless?**
A: This outdoor camera uses wireless Wi-Fi for network connection. 1.“Wireless” refers to the Wi-Fi connection, not the power supply 2.The camera still needs to be plugged into a power outlet to work 3.It is not battery-powered or fully cordless

**Q: Is there a monthly cloud storage fee? Can I use only local recording?**
A: Yes, cloud storage has a monthly fee—first month is free for new users. AI detection, notification and spotlight/alerts are free. You can also record locally with a microSD card (up to 512GB), no subscription required.

**Q: Work with Alexa ？Do I need to purchase additional installation tools?**
A: 1. Yes, the house cameras with audio and video work with Alexa. 2. Plug and play, which is easy to install and set up this plug in camera.

**Q: Can I place the camera indoors to monitor outside through a window?**
A: Works through a window during the day. At night, IR and light reflections can distort the image and disable color night vision. Adjust angle and settings based on lighting to reduce glare, but for best results, we recommend outdoor installation.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cameras with affordable monthly plan

Great cameras. East installation and set up. Very clear picture. And very affordable monthly plan. Love them

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cameras and great customer service
*by H***H on July 23, 2026*

This is my second set of these cameras. I use them to monitor my pets when I am away from home. The video quality is great. I love that I can talk to them through these cameras. I can also throw an alarm if they are doing something they shouldn't be. They are a fantastic deal for the price. I also have SD cards in 2 of them and have them set to record with motion detection and it's flawless. I haven't had any issues with the connection and when it does disconnect I am able to sign back in and reconnect easily. With this set I did get a dud and customer service through the app was amazing. They diagnosed and decided the camera was defective and replaced it within a week. I would recommend these highly.
