This is the only one that passed and now my favorite mix. I like it with a egg, almond milk, olive oil or coconut oil, real vanilla and a little stevia sugar (it helps it brown more). I like that I can mix up a cup of mix to make 2 large waffles or 6 pancakes. The mix is a little lumpy so it does take a little bit of effort to get it smooth. Sometimes it takes a little less or more almond milk depending on the day. The pancakes get a nice crisp edge, golden brown and soft inside. They do not get super fluffy unless you make the batter thicker. The waffles come out browned and slightly crispy.
