I genuinely use them almost every morning as a topping for my yogurt bowl and they've become a pantry staple On their own they're pretty neutral in flavor, which is actually a feature not a bug, it makes them super versatile. I'll dust them with a cinnamon spice mix often and they're perfect. My usual setup is a scoop of Blueprint protein powder, 50g of Cocojune Greek-style yogurt, a big handful of these, and 50g each of frozen raspberries and blueberries prepped the night before to thaw in the fridge. Top with Ceylon cinnamon, and it's an incredible breakfast. I can't do dairy or eggs since they break me out and these are perfect for a satisfying, crunchy, high-protein topping for pretty much anything — bowls, salads, soups.
