Next day, I applied 1 coat; second coat the following day. This time, it only lasted a week. To be fair, I was digging in the garden without gloves, and it chipped a little piece off one nail. So, I removed the polish, again, giving the nails a night to breathe. Next night, second coat. Now you can see the results. It has been 1 month. The picture I am including is the polish on for a whole week. These old nails look better than then have in years! Wish I took a before picture so you could compare yourself. I just like my nails to look neat and healthy. I cannot say that the polish was 100% of the improvement, but it seems to be the final piece of the puzzle.
