A: You can look on the back of the container has all the nutrition information

**Q: How come I keep ordering and keep receiving four 14 oz jars when it’s advertised as four 3.5 lb tubs?**
A: The ones I ordered was 14.1 Oz I order eight to a pack hope that helps you may want to contact Amazon to make sure it's not a false advertising

**Q: I’ve seen a good amount of reviews stating the lids were cracked and the seals were broken. If this happens to my order, am I able to return it?**
A: I never had this problem.  All my orders came in good condition.

**Q: What is the expiry date?**
A: All of ours are either November '17 or multiple dates in '18 (Feb, Mar, Jun) Thanks for your inquiry
