## Description

Grubs and other listed insects can do extensive damage to lawns, turning infected turf brown. Prevent grubs from damaging your lawn with Scotts® GrubEx®I Season Long Grub Killer. A single application can kill and prevent grubs for up to 4 months. It will also kill armyworms, sod webworms, chinch bugs, May/June beetles, Green June beetles, and other insects (as listed). Using Scotts® GrubEx®I Season Long Grub Killer annually can also help control Japanese beetle infestations. GrubEx® helps prevent root damage caused by insects feeding on grass and its roots. Applications should be made during spring or early summer to kill grubs as they develop. Easily apply with a Scotts® broadcast, drop, handheld, or Wizz® spreader to a dry lawn and then water in thoroughly to activate. People and pets may re-enter the lawn after it has dried. Each 28.7 lb. bag of Scotts® GrubEx®I Season Long Grub Killer provides coverage for 10,000 sq. ft. of lawn.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I store leftover product?**
A: Easy. Just keep any leftover product in the original bag and store it somewhere cool and dry, like a garage or shed, where kids and pets can't get to it.

**Q: When is the best time to apply GrubEx?**
A: The sweet spot is spring through early summer. Applying then stops grubs right as they're developing, so they never get a chance to do damage.

**Q: Do I need to water my lawn after applying?**
A: You bet. Watering is what activates the product. It carries the protection down into the soil where those grubs are hiding out.

**Q: Is this product safe for my kids and pets?**
A: Absolutely. Just wait for the lawn to dry after you've watered it in, and then it's safe for everyone to get back out there and enjoy the yard.

**Q: What insects does this product kill?**
A: This product kills grubs, caterpillars (armyworms), Japanese beetle larvae, billbug larvae, and crane fly larvae (see product label for complete list). It also suppresses chinchbugs.
