Review: Smells great and cleanses well. - I have 2b/2c wavy-curly hair that has thinned over the years due to using poor quality products + hormonal issues. My hair stylist recommended this brand and she used it during my service - I was immediately convinced. The shampoo smells so so good, kind of reminds me of gummy bears. It doesn’t lather as much as the shampoos full of sulfates, but I always wash twice anyways; once to remove product coating my hair, then again to thoroughly cleanse my strands and scalp. I recommend this method, as I get a great lather on the second wash and my hair feels clean but not stripped or dry. It does seem a bit pricy, but the entire brand is formulated to be activated with water and is very concentrated, so a little does go a long way.

This completely changed my hair for the better. During menopause my hair turned wavy and started to get a little dry and no matter what I did with it, I always looked like I’d just been shot out of a cannon. This shampoo (and also the conditioner and the leave in conditioning spray) made my hair soft, silky and manageable. I towel dry, spray the leave in conditioner on my hands a rake it through my hair, twist up into a silk scrunchie and in the morning, the most magnificent hair just comes tumbling down. This is a blessing from the universe and I’m here for it✨💃
