They do not fit. Putting them through the back is time consuming. Any suggestions???** A: You need to push the slide in from the top, one by one. Viewers are really designed for close observation, one at a time. I've gone through hundreds of slides using this equipment. The process can be much faster using a projector, if you have one. You can also use a converter, but they are expensive. **Q: I'm having trouble pulling off the bottom of the unit to replace the batteries. I don't want to force break anything. Any suggestions? Thnx!** A: it should come right off if you are moving that slide to the side. maybe stick the end of a fork in there and give it a little help. **Q: Does the image appear at the top of the viewer?** A: The slide appears recessed inside the viewer. The image you see is not at the top of the glass. You can see the mount around the slide. It's about even with the slot where you insert it. The image is magnified 3x, but not projected to the viewing screen, so it is still pretty small. ## Frequently Bought Together - Rybozen 35mm Slide Viewer, 3X Magnification and Desk Top LED Lighted Illuminated Viewing and Battery Operation-for 35mm Slides & Positive Film Negatives(4AA Batteries Included) - DGODRT Slide Viewer Light Box for Scan Old Slide Negative Film Scanning, Artist Sketching, A4 Ultra-Thin Light Box Scanner with 3 Adjustable Brightness, USB Powered --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/71844027-film-and-slide-scanner-converts-color-and-b-and-w](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/71844027-film-and-slide-scanner-converts-color-and-b-and-w) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
