Never had anything fall out, it came it a tool to help open the compartments if you have limited fine motor skills, which I thought was nice. The stickers: they have almost every OTC medication I could think of. My only complaint is that not all the stickers fit on all the compartments. So maybe provide both small and large stickers for some of the most common? I wish there was a referral program because SO many of my coworkers ordered them after seeing mine! Idea: maybe including a few blanks with common prescriptions or something would neat. An extra sheet with things like metformin, lipotor, or maybe just "daily meds" or something?
