I have sprinkled it on breakfast cereal and added to protein shakes. I feel there is less of an aftertaste than using stevia and it doesn’t take quite as much to sweeten the same things—maybe 2/3s of what I might normally use with another sweetener.I initially bought the packets to test it out, but when reordering, the container where you can just spoon your own amount is much more cost effective. I haven’t tried cooking with it yet. If I do, I’ll add an update

I’ve been wanting to try this as another sweetener alternative. I have sprinkled it on breakfast cereal and added to protein shakes. I feel there is less of an aftertaste than using stevia and it doesn’t take quite as much to sweeten the same things—maybe 2/3s of what I might normally use with another sweetener.I initially bought the packets to test it out, but when reordering, the container where you can just spoon your own amount is much more cost effective.
