Review: Great investment! - To say I’m impressed is an understatement! This machine has done an amazing job. I will disclose that I did not use bissel cleaner. It used professional grade stain and urine remover. I have a trouble cat who likes to pee on my carpet and needed something strong. I did have to fill the water container up quite a bit and empty frequently but it was great at pulling the fluid out of the carpet. The clean up was also very easy and user friendly. Everything came apart super easy and it even came with a little tool to clean all the stuck hair out. Would 100% recommend this product!

**Q: What is the difference between this model and the pro version? thanks**
A: The pro has a 3’ longer cord, a pretreated, and some sort of brush roll cover. This one is excellent.

**Q: Its called "pro heat' does it heat the water?**
A: It has HeatWave Technology - you start with warm water in the clean tank and it maintains the water temperature while you're cleaning.

**Q: Would this remove soil? My dog destroyed my plants and brought them inside so it was all over my carpet. I managed to vacuum**
A: You would need to vacuum the soil first to get up all the debris. Then, when use this cleaner, it will get up all the spots. I have 4 dogs, and every spot they’ve left behind, this cleaner has cleaned them all up.

**Q: Are the uphostery attachments all bristle? Or are they like the rental ones with the smooth surface?**
A: Both attachments included have bristles. The red you see in the picture of the heads are the bristles.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Buena potencia, pésimo diseño! No se pueden limpiar los rodillos.

La potencia de succión es fantástica, hace una gran limpieza! El problema empieza cuando queremos limpiar la aspiradora después de usarla. Los rodillos tienen dos cubiertas, la externa se quita muy fácil y limpiarla no es tan difícil (aunque se necesita de una brida o una pieza específica para este fin) pero la interna, la que está en contacto con los rodillos NO SE QUITA y eso hace que limpiarla, y limpiar los rodillos, sea un dolor de cabeza. Es una gran falla de diseño!!! La voy a regresar específicamente por eso. Para limpiarla tuve que prácticamente desarmar la aspiradora y no pienso pasar por eso siempre. Es un gran producto sumamente mal diseñado! Si no piensan batallar para limpiar los rodillos, mejor busquen otra opción.
