## Questions & Answers

**Q: May I ask if large hangers can fit in?**
A: The wardrobe is 17 inches deep. To allow for door clearance and keep garments smooth, using hangers with a depth of approximately 16 inches is a more reliable and ideal choice.

**Q: The metal wardrobe door is difficult to close and requires forceful pressing each time. Is there a solution?**
A: We've upgraded the metal wardrobe with larger magnetic clasps for smoother, easier closing. Now the door shuts seamlessly with a gentle push.

**Q: Does this wardrobe need to be secured to the wall with screws?**
A: To ensure safe use, it must be secured to the wall with screws. We recommend installing the anti-tip screws provided to ensure safety.

**Q: Is this wardrobe cabinet difficult to assemble? I'm not very good with tools.**
A: Wardrobe cabinets come with clear, step-by-step illustrated guides and all necessary tools. Installation takes just 40 minutes. Plus, we've prepared a video to help you get it done with ease!

**Q: I'm concerned about dents or scratches during shipping. How is it packaged?**
A: We use premium, sturdy packaging. Every corner is protected by thick foam padding, and panels are individually wrapped. Should you receive any damaged items, our team will promptly resolve the issue for you.
