They sent a larger size which fits perfectly. Very happy. If your pair doesnt fit just request a size exchange.Lovely shoes very comfortable to walking I believe however I had to return them because they are way too small. I am normally a uk size 6 and these were at least a 5. My feet are a fairly narrow but it was the length my toes were squashed. The inside of these shoes has got little quilted padded areas which make them extremely comfortable to wear however I really needed to buy one size bigger for these to have been able to fit because of the extra padding. The only thing I will say is they are a bit narrow and I have wider feet so on that front they are a bit small.
