## Description

A roll of self-adhesive magnetic tape, cut to length as each job requires. A piece is snipped off with ordinary scissors, the liner peels away and the tape presses onto a photo, a print, a sign, a label or a piece of card, which then holds on a fridge, a whiteboard or a locker. 3.3ft (1m) of tape, 1/2in (1.25cm) wide. The material is flexible, so it bends around a curve and lies flat against the surface instead of standing proud, and it will not chip or crack when it takes a knock. Because the length is up to the user, one roll covers a large number of small jobs. Common uses: office signage and rota boards; flashcards and word walls in a classroom; edges of scrapbook pages and card fronts; prints and photos on the fridge. The liner peels off in one piece rather than needing a fingernail at the corner, and the tape cuts cleanly instead of gumming up the scissors. In the pack: one continuous roll of self-adhesive magnetic tape, 3.3ft x 1/2in (1m x 1.25cm).

Review: Magnet may not be strong enough for every use, but works well for my need. - Purchased this to use in conjunction with fiberglass window screen(another vendor) to make a bug screen to cover my Forester sunroof while camping. I cut a piece of screen larger than the sunroof opening and laid it over it. I used tin snips to cut four pieces of the magnetic tape slightly longer than each side of the sunroof. The magnetic strip cuts and unrolls easily and adheres through the screen to the outside top of the vehicle. Of course gravity helps some, but I believe that it is strong enough to keep the screen in place in most windy conditions of locations where I may camp. It is easy to take off and roll up. I am looking forward to trying it in actual camping conditions in the near future. I will just need remember to to take it off before I start driving home. The tape would not adhere to the front of my stainless steel refrigerator, but did adhere to the painted side. Of course, no magnet will adhere to any non-ferrous material. I believe the product is designed to write on with a dry erase marker and stick to a ferrous surface. It is only made to hold itself up, but a 1 inch strip will hold a maximum of two sheets of 8 x 11 pieces of paper to a refrigerator.

I bought a pack for my mom so she can hang photos on her fridge easily. These are great!! They aren’t the strongest magnet so if you when a bigger or heavier item you may need a couple of magnet squares but still a great value with so many classroom and home uses.

**Q: Do they stick to each other**
A: Yes but with a caveat. They are polarized so you have to flip them in the right direction.  Also, they don't attract squarely.  They over hang just a tad even when you find the strongest attraction.

**Q: Do these magnets have matching polars so they will go together? Trying to use them to bring 2 pieces of vinyl together to close.**
A: I dont believe so.  One side has adhesive.  They work really well on my wool applique to mount on a metal tray.  Has been hanging for over 1 1/2 yrs.

**Q: Are the magnets attracted to each other? I want to adhere one to the wall, then put sheets of paper between the magnets.**
A: They would repel. The sticky side is attracted to the non sticky side.

**Q: Can i use this to hold another magnet? i have a magnetic screen but i need a magnet to attach the screen**
A: Yes but these are very weak in holding power.

I haven’t text of how many hundred or probably thousands of these at this point I have ordered. I use them ALL THE TIME for everything in my classroom. I bought a pack for my mom so she can hang photos on her fridge easily. These are great!! They aren’t the strongest magnet so if you when a bigger or heavier item you may need a couple of magnet squares but still a great value with so many classroom and home uses.

### ⭐ Adhesive can't support its own weight, never mind the item it's supposed to hold.

As many, many reviewers have noted, the "adhesive" backing on this tape is absurdly weak. The tape itself is thick and stiff, has a permanent curl from being rolled up, and the "adhesive" (if you can really call it that) is on the outside of the curl - meaning when you stick this stuff on an item, the ends of the tape are continually trying to lift off, which they quickly do, then the tape just falls off by its own weight. I mean, WTH? Someone thought they could sell this garbage? I used this product to stick a fan remote control (which is practically weightless) to the fridge. The magnet was strong enough and it worked well at first, but a few days later I couldn't find the remote. Discovered the tape still stuck (magnetically) to the fridge, but the weightless remote fell off when the "adhesive" (I'm being generous here) let go. Unfortunately for me, the remote fell into a trash can which I emptied before noticing what happened. Not good. You might get this stuff to work if you use staples or screws to attach it to the item, but do NOT under any circumstances rely on the "adhesive", or whatever the heck that stuff is!
