If I eat more than 3 in one day, my tongue will hurt and be sensitive for the rest of the day. It's not too pleasant, so eat in moderation. The 1 lb bag is a great deal compared to the smaller, 1 oz cans that are also sold. However, due to needing to take a long time to consume it, the candies get a bit sticky in their individual packages (humidity?). It still tastes the same, but is just harder to get out of the package.
