This item was bought for use in our church hall. It was only used on Sundays, since the order was placed on 5 June and received shortly afterwards. So I believe approximately 4 times. Yesterday we needed to use it again and it wouldn't heat up, the red light didn't come on. Unfortunately the window to return closed on 5 July. I have attempted to let both Amazon and the seller know with no luck. I would appreciate an answer from either of them or both
