The extra accessory pockets spanning the outer sides of the bag comfortably fit my smaller equipment like resistance bands, towels, electrolytes, and sunscreen. As for the materials used throughout this bag, I can rest assured that durability is no concern. The linings are thick enough to provide the sturdiness required for the intended structure. Weight has not been a compromise as this bag is still pretty light. However, if you do plan on packing heavy, the built-in backpack straps make this bag a breeze to carry around without much fuss to take off as opposed to a 3-pack bag that I would have to swing over my chest.
