I use it for teaching in the classroom and I appreciate how easily it is to change the volume on it and that it gets loud enough for me to use it in the classroom. It is a little heavier, so I wouldn't recommend using the clip on your waistband unless you have a belt on. It's also really helpful if you're sitting down and can set it on the table if you're reading aloud or standing at a podium. The battery also last for a really long time. I substitute teach, so I'm not working everyday, but I still only have to charge it maybe once a month. The microphone cord sometimes makes a little noise as it's tapping against your clothes or if you bump it while you're talking. The microphone works really well and has a clean sound.
